When Mandy Brasser (formerly Mandy Jacob) founded her first company, Service Point Lohn und Gehalt, as a sole proprietorship, a clear vision was at the forefront: to rethink accounting. With expertise, experience, and a passion for payroll and financial accounting, she laid the foundation for a service that is more than classic bookkeeping.

In 2025, this idea led to a new, shared step: Together with Service Place Årjäng AB, a Swedish tax office, and our partner company Quint GmbH, today's Brasser Accounting Solutions was brought to life. The aim of this merger is to combine international expertise, digital efficiency, and personal support in a modern accounting service.

Today, we work as a digitally organised team, offering holistic solutions, from document preparation to the annual financial statements. Our driving force: simplifying processes, creating transparency, and providing noticeable relief to clients.

What began as a sole proprietorship by Mandy Brasser (then still under the name Mandy Jacob) was more than the start of classic bookkeeping. It was the beginning of a vision: to make bookkeeping digital, understandable, and service-oriented. With expertise, commitment, and an eye for detail, a modern approach was developed, which forms the basis of our success today.

Grown from experience – reimagined 2025

In 2025, the original company became a joint venture with new partners: the Swedish Tax Office and our partner company, Quint GmbH. This merger combines international experience, technological expertise, and personal advice – for comprehensive, digital accounting solutions of the highest standard.
